Exemplary health and safety performance

A secure work environment that puts people first, delivering best-in-class health and safety performance.

Multiple scopes of work

We off a range of offshore services including long term O&M packages as well as standalone services.

24/7/365 support

By utilising our 24/7 state-of-the-art control centre we provide balance of plant (BoP) services, including transmission services for the associated offshore transmission owner (OFTO) assets in the UK&I and France.

Analysis and optimisation

Using in-house developed diagnostic tools, we analyse all sources of data to increase performance and maintain asset value.

HV Services

We implement and operate our own safety rules which is supplemented by our in-house 24/7 control centre, ensuring statutory compliance and the highest levels of safety.

Optivert – A Novel Method for Inverter Optimization

Inverter overheating is widely recognised across the solar industry, yet most sites continue to rely on OEM curtailment logic that is either too conservative or poorly configured — sacrificing yield while accelerating component wear. This presentation introduces Optivert, RES’ novel inverter temperature management system, and shares results from field trials…

Open-source dataset and AEP validation from a real world case study of turbine upgrades worth 5% AEP

Accurately measuring AEP uplift from wind farm upgrades remains a persistent challenge, particularly where high-quality wind measurements such as LiDAR or met masts are unavailable. This presentation introduces RES’ open-source wind-up methodology and shares results from a real-world case study at Hill of Towie, a 21-turbine onshore wind farm in…

Wake steering at scale: real results from a commercial wind farm

Wake steering is widely discussed in wind energy but rarely demonstrated at scale on commercial sites. This poster shares results from RES’ first full wake steering trial on a 21-turbine commercial wind farm, using our Dynamic Yaw product to target a 1% AEP uplift. The trial ran from late 2025…
