After the application deadline, our Talent Acquisition team reviews applications and shortlists candidates whose skills, interests and experience align most closely with the opportunity.

Short psychometric assessment

If shortlisted, you will complete a short online assessment to help us understand your strengths and potential beyond academic achievements.

Screening call

A 30-minute Microsoft Teams conversation with Talent Acquisition. No preparation is required. We will share more about RES and learn about your motivations and career aspirations.

Full psychometric assessment

Candidates progressing beyond the screening call complete a more detailed assessment to help us understand working style, communication approach and key strengths.

Assessment centre

You will take part in individual exercises, group activities, collaborative tasks and an interview with hiring managers. This is also an opportunity to meet the team and learn more about RES.

Outcome

Following the assessment centre, we will review all feedback and communicate the outcome of your application.
