Four-year programme

you’ll experience real-world scenarios and engage in classroom learning

Field-based work

you’ll learn the tools of the trade to safely work on transmission and distribution lines or in a substation.

RES’ apprenticeship training program has been designed to prepare you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and experiences. Throughout the process, RES will provide you with paid on the job training and classroom training, as well as guidance from our experienced people.
