Earlier this year, our Digital Blades team completed more than 2,400 blade inspections in a single month across 20 countries. It is a result that reflects the ambition behind RES’ acquisition of Sulzer Schmid two years ago, combining their AI-driven 3DX™Platform with RES’ global O&M expertise to deliver faster, safer and more cost-effective blade inspections at scale.
From Northern Europe to Asia-Pacific and the Americas, teams have operated across Sweden, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Greece, Bulgaria, France, Belgium, Spain, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Vietnam, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Chile and Argentina, reflecting the truly global reach of our digital inspection capability.
A share of these inspections has been carried out directly supporting RES assets as well as client operations, an integrated approach that strengthens delivery alignment across the organisation and highlights the value of combining technical capability with shared operational focus.
