Summary:
The Associate Project Manager – Services is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management of multiple utility‑scale renewable energy facilities. This role leads Site/Plant Managers, oversees field activities, ensures safe and reliable operations, and drives performance across assigned assets. The APM coordinates maintenance, troubleshooting, system testing, and contractor oversight while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
The Associate Project Manager escalates budgetary, contractual, and critical strategic issues to the Regional/Project Manager but independently manages daily execution and operational decision‑making.
This role is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days in office.

Anticipated base salary range: $70,000 - $88,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
