The programs are open to US RES employees with any craft job title – whether you’ve just joined us or are a seasoned veteran.

Certified Apprenticeship Ambassador

by the U.S. Department of Labor

National NCCER accredited training facility

by the National Center for Construction Education and Research.

Two, three and four year programs

you’ll experience real-world scenarios and engage in classroom learning

Field-based work

you’ll learn the tools of the trade to work safely on heavy equipment operation, skilled craft labor, substations, and transmission and distribution lines.

RES’ apprenticeship training programs are designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills and real-world experience needed for a career that is valued today and in the future. Throughout the programs, RES provides paid on-the-job training alongside classroom learning led by industry-seasoned instructors, helping our workforce reinforce a safety-first mindset, excel today and lead tomorrow.
