De vill driva verklig f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring, d\u00e4r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring beh\u00f6vs.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Forskning fr\u00e5n UCLA visar att 1 av 3 HBT-personer har l\u00e4mnat sitt arbete p\u00e5 grund av bristande HBT-inkludering p\u00e5 sin arbetsplats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5rt engagemang f\u00f6r inkludering str\u00e4var efter en arbetsmilj\u00f6 d\u00e4r var och en av v\u00e5ra medarbetare k\u00e4nner att de kan be, vara f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar, partners eller delta utan r\u00e4dsla eller oro. Att vara sitt autentiska jag och att trivas professionellt och personligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5ra Affinity Networks, som etablerades 2020, spelar en viktig roll f\u00f6r att forma v\u00e5r kultur och v\u00e5ra medarbetares upplevelser \u00e5ret runt. N\u00e4tverken hanteras internt av en sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjande struktur av engagerade kollegor som st\u00e4ller upp med sin tid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fr\u00e5n en s\u00e4ker och engagerande plats f\u00f6r samtal i samh\u00e4llet till att driva fram en kulturellt anpassad politik till att anordna evenemang och \u00f6ka medvetenheten \u2013 den tid, passion och det engagemang som v\u00e5ra RiSE-n\u00e4tverksmedlemmar har lagt ner har lett till otroliga framsteg hittills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I juni, n\u00e4r vi uppm\u00e4rksammar och firar Pride, uppm\u00e4rksammar vi RiSE-n\u00e4tverkets insatser och de framsteg de har gjort. V\u00e5rt team har ber\u00e4ttat mer om hur de k\u00e4nner sig trygga p\u00e5 jobbet, hur de driver f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring d\u00e4r det \u00e4r som viktigast och vad det betyder f\u00f6r dem att uppm\u00e4rksamma Pride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Driva f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring och utveckling internt<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Drivkraften inom RES att inspirera och skapa f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring str\u00e4cker sig inte bara till v\u00e5rt milj\u00f6uppdrag, utan \u00e4ven till det sociala ansvar vi har gentemot v\u00e5ra medarbetare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RiSE:s arbete har p\u00e5verkat v\u00e5ra kollegor, n\u00e4tverk, regioner och f\u00f6retag. RiSE har ett tydligt uppdrag: att se till att HBTQ+-anst\u00e4llda blir h\u00f6rda, respekterade och accepterade s\u00e5 att alla p\u00e5 RES n\u00e5r sin fulla potential. N\u00e4tverket s\u00e4tter ljuset p\u00e5 de fr\u00e5gor och kampanjer som betyder mest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sedan n\u00e4tverken inr\u00e4ttades har vi bland annat gjort f\u00f6ljande framsteg:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ny adoptionspolicy tillg\u00e4nglig p\u00e5 vissa av v\u00e5ra orter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uppdateringar av v\u00e5r policy f\u00f6r familjeledighet f\u00f6r sjukdom (FMLA) f\u00f6r att inkludera partner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deltagande i Pride-evenemang i USA, Australien och Europa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Policy f\u00f6r k\u00f6nsbekr\u00e4ftelse, utveckling av en allyship-guide och utbildning i pronomen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deltagande i Human Rights Equality Index och Australian Workplace Equality Index<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utbildningssessioner och &#8220;lunch and learn&#8221; med externa talare fr\u00e5n HBTQ+-samh\u00e4llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inf\u00f6randet av k\u00f6nsneutrala toaletter f\u00f6r eng\u00e5ngsbruk p\u00e5 flera av v\u00e5ra kontor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tack vare RiSE:s proaktiva arbete med st\u00f6d av People and Culture-teamet fick vi 75 av 100 po\u00e4ng p\u00e5 Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundations Corporate Equality Index (CEI) f\u00f6r 2023\u20132024. Dessa uppgifter gav v\u00e4rdefulla insikter om de specifika grupper som utg\u00f6r v\u00e5rt RES-team. Erfarenheterna fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra HBTQ+-anst\u00e4llda var \u00f6verv\u00e4ldigande positiva och \u00f6vertr\u00e4ffade v\u00e5rt f\u00f6retags riktm\u00e4rke. Det kan vara otroligt skr\u00e4mmande, men en st\u00f6djande arbetskultur kan \u00f6ppna d\u00f6rrarna till st\u00f6d, f\u00f6rst\u00e5else och acceptans.
