This is an evolution of our previous D&I work and broadens the areas of focus to include gender, race, disability, age, and sexual orientation and gender identity. <\/p>\n
\u200bEach Affinity Network is an employee-led group of people from across all the countries RES operates, united in their passion for making our workplace more inclusive.\u202f The Affinity Networks have already started building a common understanding of the different challenges and barriers that under-represented groups may experience and will work to address these, powering change for RES employees and wider society. <\/p>\n
