A RES busca constantemente formas de prolongar a vida \u00fatil de componentes, equipamentos e materiais em seus projetos. Isso inclui avaliar oportunidades de reaproveitar, recondicionar e reciclar equipamentos durante o repotenciamento de ativos, al\u00e9m de investir em capacidade pr\u00f3pria de reparo para reduzir a depend\u00eancia de pe\u00e7as novas e de cadeias de suprimento longas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em Albacete, na Espanha, a RES repara e mant\u00e9m componentes desde 2021, tendo recuperado 470 tipos de materiais e aumentado o volume de reparos em quase 30% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2024, reduzindo tempos de espera, cortando custos e protegendo a gera\u00e7\u00e3o. O mesmo modelo vem sendo replicado na Am\u00e9rica Latina, com oficinas de reparo em Juchit\u00e1n, no M\u00e9xico, e no Brasil, apoiadas por armaz\u00e9ns regionais em Juchit\u00e1n, no M\u00e9xico, em Santiago, no Chile, e na Bahia, no Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Quanto mais reparamos e estocamos localmente, menos os clientes dependem de prazos longos de entrega. Levar o modelo de Albacete \u00e0 Am\u00e9rica Latina significa respostas mais \u00e1geis, custos menores e maior disponibilidade dos ativos.” Alfredo Riera, Diretor S\u00eanior Global de Supply Chain, RES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As equipes de Gest\u00e3o de Ativos da RES lideram uma s\u00e9rie de projetos de repotenciamento e otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o em portf\u00f3lios e\u00f3licos, solares e de armazenamento em baterias em todo o mundo, priorizando gest\u00e3o de risco, prote\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e princ\u00edpios de economia circular. Em 2025, a RES concluiu um projeto de repotenciamento em uma usina solar de 5MW no Reino Unido, reciclando 21.900 m\u00f3dulos e substituindo-os por cerca de 10.900 m\u00f3dulos maiores e mais eficientes. P\u00e1s e torres de turbinas e\u00f3licas sobressalentes tamb\u00e9m ganharam uma segunda vida: as p\u00e1s foram transformadas em mesas de escrit\u00f3rio, jardineiras e bancos, e uma torre recuperada foi reaproveitada no pr\u00f3prio local, em vez de substitu\u00edda.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
