I kaldere str\u00f8k er en av de st\u00f8rste utfordringene ising p\u00e5 turbinbladene. Isdannelsen forstyrrer aerodynamikken i bladene og reduserer effektiviteten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I en vindpark som RES administrerer, f\u00f8rte vedvarende ising regelmessig til at turbinen m\u00e5tte stenges ned for \u00e5 muliggj\u00f8re avising ved hjelp av oppvarming. Denne prosessen krevde at driften ble stoppet i flere timer mens systemet fors\u00f8kte \u00e5 smelte isen. Etter hver oppvarmingssyklus ble turbinene kontrollert for \u00e5 sikre at bladene var isfrie. Hvis det fortsatt var is igjen, gikk turbinene inn i en lengre oppvarmingsfase, noe som f\u00f8rte til ytterligere nedetid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u00f8sningen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For \u00e5 l\u00f8se dette problemet inngikk serviceteamet v\u00e5rt i Tyskland et samarbeid med lokale myndigheter og turbinprodusenten for \u00e5 utforme og implementere en mer effektiv l\u00f8sning. Ved hjelp av avansert teknologi innf\u00f8rte teamet en proaktiv strategi for bladoppvarming for \u00e5 minimere isdannelse f\u00f8r den kunne oppst\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Systemet bruker prediktive algoritmer og v\u00e6roverv\u00e5king for \u00e5 aktivere bladoppvarming n\u00e5r det oppdages forhold som kan f\u00f8re til ising. Ved \u00e5 forvarme bladene under drift reduseres sannsynligheten for isdannelse betydelig. I tilfeller der ising likevel oppst\u00e5r, forblir det opprinnelige avisingssystemet p\u00e5 plass som en reserve, og kobles automatisk inn for \u00e5 gjenopprette bladene til optimale forhold. Denne todelte tiln\u00e6rmingen sikrer kontinuerlig turbindrift samtidig som den \u00f8ker vindparkens generelle p\u00e5litelighet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Virkningen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innf\u00f8ringen av forebyggende bladoppvarming har f\u00f8rt til en betydelig forbedring av driftseffektiviteten, og den isrelaterte nedetiden er redusert med omtrent 50 %. Dette minimerer ikke bare avbruddene, men \u00f8ker ogs\u00e5 energiproduksjonen i de kritiske vinterm\u00e5nedene, n\u00e5r ettersp\u00f8rselen vanligvis er h\u00f8y.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tillegg til \u00e5 redusere nedetiden, reduserer det nye systemet driftsbelastningen forbundet med reaktive avisingsprosesser, reduserer vedlikeholdsbehovet og forlenger levetiden til turbinkomponentene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne vellykkede implementeringen fungerer som en bl\u00e5kopi for \u00e5 takle lignende utfordringer ved andre vindparker i kaldt klima.
