Le parc a \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s, notamment des vibrations accrues des turbines et des alarmes fr\u00e9quentes, en particulier pendant les mois d&#8217;hiver. Ces probl\u00e8mes risquaient d&#8217;avoir un impact sur la fiabilit\u00e9 et l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle \u00e0 long terme, et NTR a cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 comprendre les causes profondes de ces fluctuations de performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>NTR a fait appel \u00e0 RES pour r\u00e9aliser une \u00e9valuation compl\u00e8te des performances du site (SPA). Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de cette solution \u00e9tait l&#8217;installation d&#8217;AnemoLive, notre service de diagnostic \u00e0 distance et notre outil d&#8217;optimisation des performances. Contrairement aux cas pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, o\u00f9 l\u2019Anemo edgebox \u00e9tait exp\u00e9di\u00e9, install\u00e9 par un technicien et activ\u00e9 \u00e0 distance, RES a cette fois install\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9quipement directement sur site. Cela illustre l\u2019engagement de RES envers des solutions pratiques et innovantes, ainsi qu\u2019un service client sur mesure. Au cours du SPA, RES a eu acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un ensemble statique de donn\u00e9es haute fr\u00e9quence \u00e0 spectre complet et a effectu\u00e9 un diagnostic d\u00e9taill\u00e9 de l&#8217;ensemble du parc \u00e9olien afin d&#8217;identifier et d&#8217;att\u00e9nuer les probl\u00e8mes de performance de chaque turbine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En option, le client peut opter pour un acc\u00e8s en direct aux donn\u00e9es \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence, ce qui l&#8217;aidera \u00e0 identifier et \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre d&#8217;autres probl\u00e8mes, afin d\u2019optimiser davantage les performances.<br><br><strong>Correction du d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de masse<\/strong><br>La SPA a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 un probl\u00e8me notable dans la r\u00e9partition de la masse des pi\u00e8ces rotatives de deux turbines. Ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre pourrait entra\u00eener un fonctionnement moins efficace que pr\u00e9vu des turbines et, \u00e9ventuellement, des probl\u00e8mes m\u00e9caniques ou une usure accrue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9solution du d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre r\u00e9sulte d&#8217;une collaboration \u00e9troite entre RES, NTR et le partenaire charg\u00e9 de l\u2019exploitation et de la maintenance (O&amp;M). RES a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un examen approfondi des donn\u00e9es, tandis que l&#8217;\u00e9quipe locale de NTR a effectu\u00e9 des inspections sur place qui ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 des installations de poids incorrectes pendant la construction. \u00c0 la suite de cette identification, l\u2019\u00e9quipe locale du partenaire O&amp;M a pris part \u00e0 la correction du probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette correction a permis de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de masse, avec des r\u00e9sultats observables dans un d\u00e9lai d&#8217;une \u00e0 deux semaines apr\u00e8s la mise en \u0153uvre.<br><br><strong>Surveillance de la survitesse du g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur<\/strong><br>Outre le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de masse, NTR a signal\u00e9 des alarmes fr\u00e9quentes, indiquant des probl\u00e8mes potentiels de survitesse du g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur, o\u00f9 la vitesse de rotation du g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur d\u00e9passait sa limite de conception. Cela peut entra\u00eener des contraintes m\u00e9caniques importantes, une surchauffe et des dommages potentiels aux pales de la turbine, aux composants du g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur ou aux roulements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 ce stade, NTR a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 RES de mettre en place un service de donn\u00e9es en direct pour l&#8217;aider \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me. En utilisant cet acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence, l&#8217;\u00e9quipe d&#8217;ing\u00e9nieurs a pu surveiller avec pr\u00e9cision le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur, en d\u00e9terminant si les alarmes indiquaient des probl\u00e8mes r\u00e9els ou des d\u00e9clenchements intempestifs dus \u00e0 l&#8217;impr\u00e9cision des capteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&#8217;impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La correction du d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de masse a consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duit les vibrations et les charges de fatigue in\u00e9gales sur les turbines, ce qui a permis de r\u00e9duire l&#8217;usure de l&#8217;\u00e9quipement, avec une r\u00e9duction attendue des co\u00fbts de maintenance au fil du temps, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 des avantages financiers \u00e0 long terme pour NTR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que la r\u00e9solution des alarmes de survitesse des g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs soit toujours en cours, les interventions effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 ce jour, en particulier la correction du d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de masse, ont am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la stabilit\u00e9 et l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le op\u00e9rationnel plus durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude de cas souligne l&#8217;importance des \u00e9valuations proactives des performances et des solutions innovantes pour optimiser l&#8217;exploitation des parcs \u00e9oliens, en particulier dans des conditions hivernales difficiles.
