Mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, notre communaut\u00e9 LGBTQ+ esp\u00e8re obtenir plus qu&#8217;une simple reconnaissance une fois par an. Elle cherche \u00e0 apporter un v\u00e9ritable changement, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 cela est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude de l&#8217;UCLA a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu&#8217;un employ\u00e9 LGBT sur trois a quitt\u00e9 son emploi en raison d&#8217;un manque d&#8217;int\u00e9gration des LGBT sur son lieu de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre engagement en faveur de l&#8217;inclusion vise \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement de travail o\u00f9 chacun de nos collaborateurs se sent \u00e0 l\u2019aise pour prier, exercer son r\u00f4le de parent de partenaire, ou de participant sans ressentir de crainte ni de malaise, se montrer sous son vrai jour et s&#8217;\u00e9panouir sur le plan professionnel et personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos r\u00e9seaux d&#8217;affinit\u00e9s, cr\u00e9\u00e9s en 2020, contribuent largement \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner notre culture et l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience de nos collaborateurs tout au long de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e. Les r\u00e9seaux sont g\u00e9r\u00e9s en interne par une structure autonome de coll\u00e8gues d\u00e9di\u00e9s qui y consacrent leur temps en b\u00e9n\u00e9voles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse d&#8217;un espace s\u00fbr et attrayant pour les conversations communautaires, de l&#8217;\u00e9laboration d&#8217;une politique adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la culture, de l&#8217;organisation d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements ou de la sensibilisation, le temps, la passion et l&#8217;engagement des membres de notre r\u00e9seau RiSE ont permis de r\u00e9aliser d&#8217;incroyables progr\u00e8s jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ce mois de juin, dans le cadre de la reconnaissance et de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la Fiert\u00e9, nous mettons en lumi\u00e8re les efforts de notre r\u00e9seau RiSE et les progr\u00e8s qu&#8217;il a permis de r\u00e9aliser. Les membres de notre \u00e9quipe ont parl\u00e9 de leur sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail, des changements apport\u00e9s l\u00e0 o\u00f9 cela compte le plus et de la signification de la reconnaissance de la Fiert\u00e9 pour eux<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Induire le changement et avancer en interne<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La volont\u00e9 de RES d&#8217;inspirer et de cultiver le changement transcende non seulement notre mission environnementale, mais \u00e9galement notre responsabilit\u00e9 sociale envers notre personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail de RiSE a affect\u00e9 nos coll\u00e8gues, nos r\u00e9seaux, nos r\u00e9gions et nos entreprises. La mission de RiSE est claire : veiller \u00e0 ce que les employ\u00e9s LGBTQ+ soient entendus, respect\u00e9s et accept\u00e9s afin que chaque collaborateur chez RES atteigne son plein potentiel. Le r\u00e9seau met en lumi\u00e8re les questions et les campagnes les plus importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Depuis la mise en place des r\u00e9seaux, de nombreux progr\u00e8s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, notamment :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nouvelle politique d&#8217;adoption disponible dans certains emplacements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mise \u00e0 jour de notre politique en mati\u00e8re de cong\u00e9 familial pour raison m\u00e9dicale (FMLA) afin d&#8217;inclure les partenaires domestiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de fiert\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis, en Australie et en Europe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Politique d&#8217;affirmation du genre, \u00e9laboration d&#8217;un guide de l&#8217;alli\u00e9 et formation sur les pronoms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation \u00e0 l&#8217;indice d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des droits de l&#8217;homme et \u00e0 l&#8217;indice d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail en Australie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sessions \u00e9ducatives et \u00a0\u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9jeuner et enseignement\u00a0\u00bbavec des intervenants ext\u00e9rieurs issus de la communaut\u00e9 LGBTQ+.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&#8217;installation de salles de bains non-sexistes \u00e0 usage unique dans plusieurs de nos bureaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux efforts proactifs de RiSE et au soutien de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe \u00ab\u00a0Personnes et culture\u00a0\u00bb, nous avons obtenu un score de 75 sur 100 dans le Corporate Equality Index (Indice d&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 au sein des entreprises \u2013 CEI) 2023-2024 de la Fondation Human Rights Campaign (HRC). Ces donn\u00e9es nous ont fourni des informations pr\u00e9cieuses sur les communaut\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques composant notre \u00e9quipe RES. L&#8217;exp\u00e9rience de nos employ\u00e9s LGBTQ+ s&#8217;est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e extr\u00eamement positive, d\u00e9passant m\u00eame le niveau de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de notre entreprise. Apr\u00e8s avoir rejoint RiSE, j&#8217;ai rencontr\u00e9 de nombreuses personnes que je n&#8217;aurais peut-\u00eatre pas rencontr\u00e9es autrement et j&#8217;ai pass\u00e9 un excellent moment \u00e0 discuter avec d&#8217;autres personnes homosexuelles au sein de RES.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse de notre participation aux marches de la Fiert\u00e9, des drapeaux arc-en-ciel visibles dans nos bureaux ou des politiques d&#8217;entreprise inclusives, la conversation chez RES n&#8217;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi ouverte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sabrina a parl\u00e9 de son exp\u00e9rience :<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 30px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 30\/25;border-radius: 0px; width: 30px;\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.res-group.com\/wp-content\/themes\/res\/img\/resources-single\/quote.png\" alt=\"Quote\" width=\"30\" height=\"25\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:1.67em\"><em>\u201c<strong>J&#8217;ai trouv\u00e9 un endroit o\u00f9 je me sens \u00e0 l&#8217;aise et en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 concernant ma d\u00e9cision de parler de ma sexualit\u00e9 \u00e0 mes coll\u00e8gues, et \u00a0je fais partie d&#8217;un r\u00e9seau qui ne sert pas uniquement \u00e0 promouvoir, mais aussi \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer en continu les fa\u00e7ons d&#8217;accueillir et d\u2019accepter les nouveaux et futurs coll\u00e8gues de travail.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Faire son coming out au travail<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le rapport \u00a0Global 2023 LGBT+ Inclusion @ Work (rapport global de 2023 sur l\u2019inclusion des personnes LGBTQ+ en entreprise) de Deloitte, il est important pour beaucoup de faire le coming-out au travail, bien que moins de la moiti\u00e9 d&#8217;entre eux le font avec tous leurs coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire le coming out au travail peut \u00eatre une exp\u00e9rience profond\u00e9ment personnelle et transformatrice. Elle peut \u00eatre incroyablement intimidante, mais une culture favorable sur le lieu de travail peut ouvrir les portes du soutien, de la compr\u00e9hension et de l&#8217;acceptation. L\u2019existence d\u2019un tel groupe existe m&#8217;a confort\u00e9 dans l&#8217;id\u00e9e de faire mon coming out au travail sans craindre de r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives. Il peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9rablement stressant de faire son coming out sur un nouveau lieu de travail. Mon homosexualit\u00e9 est une partie de moi que je m\u2019abstiens d\u2019afficher, mais je ne crains pas d&#8217;\u00eatre moi-m\u00eame. La culture de RES affirme et soutient mon individualit\u00e9.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&#8217;importance du symbolisme, changement de notre logo pour la Fiert\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un monde o\u00f9 la visibilit\u00e9 et la repr\u00e9sentation rev\u00eatent une grande importance, la modification du logo de notre entreprise pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer le Mois de la Fiert\u00e9 devient une puissante d\u00e9claration de solidarit\u00e9 et de soutien \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 LGBTQ+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque nous avons demand\u00e9 aux membres du r\u00e9seau ce que le changement de logo de RES signifiait pour eux, nombre d&#8217;entre eux ont r\u00e9pondu qu&#8217;il ne s&#8217;agissait pas simplement d&#8217;une action sociale, mais d&#8217;un v\u00e9ritable changement mis en \u0153uvre par les organisations participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 30px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 30\/25;border-radius: 0px; width: 30px;\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.res-group.com\/wp-content\/themes\/res\/img\/resources-single\/quote.png\" alt=\"Quote\" width=\"30\" height=\"25\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"font-size:1.67em\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0L&#8217;action seule n\u2019a pas beaucoup de valeur si l&#8217;entreprise qui en est \u00e0 l&#8217;origine ne r\u00e9alise pas un travail significatif pour notre communaut\u00e9.
