The new site, which is approximately eight hectares, will be located on the H\u00f6ri peninsula in the district of Constance. This is equivalent to the size of approximately eleven football fields.<\/p>\n<p>RES will lease the private land required for the site. The municipality of \u00d6hningen will initiate a development plan procedure upon application.<\/p>\n<p>Once operational, it is estimated that the new solar park will generate enough clean electricity to power two thirds of \u00d6hningen\u2019s total energy demand.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.res-group.com\/wp-content\/smush-webp\/2023\/08\/4b1c8d46-cd44-404f-9dc8-27efdebdca9c.jpeg.webp\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 413px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 413\/346;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Potential open space area for ground-mounted<br \/>\nphotovoltaic park in \u00d6hningen<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>RES erh\u00e4lt Zustimmung f\u00fcr den Bau einer Freifl\u00e4chen-Photovoltaik-Anlage in \u00d6hningen<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Der Gemeinderat der Gemeinde \u00d6hningen am Bodensee genehmigt am 15. November 2022 nach Antrag die Realisierung einer Freifl\u00e4chen-PV-Anlage im Ortsteil Schienen einstimmig. Auf der Halbinsel H\u00f6ri im Landkreis Konstanz kann nun eine rund acht Hektar gro\u00dfe Freifl\u00e4chen-Photovoltaik-Anlage entstehen. Das entspricht einer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von circa elf Fu\u00dfballfeldern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zustimmung zum Bau dieser PV-Anlage erfolgte zugunsten von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.res-group.com\">RES<\/a> aus V\u00f6rstetten bei Freiburg.<\/p>\n<p>Genehmigt wurde eine der vier urspr\u00fcnglich beantragten Freifl\u00e4chen.
