As a company we want to play our part in supporting local businesses and suppliers around the projects we manage across the UK&I. This year we’ll be ‘thinking local’ with our Christmas gifts and have selected the below businesses to work with to show our support. Have a look and get some Christmas gift inspiration.

Winton Brewery

We have chosen to work with Winton Brewery. The award-winning brewery is local to Penmanshiel Wind Farm in the Scottish Borders and produces a range of craft beers.

Crafty Distillery

Hills and Harbour Gin is a multi-award-winning gin which uses ingredients from the local area. We have chosen to work with the makers, Crafty Distillery, who are based near Carscreugh Wind Farm.

Beinn an Turic

We have chosen to work with Beinn an Tuirc Distillers - makers of Kintyre Gin. The distillery is located close to Blary Hill Wind Farm we are building on the Kintyre Peninsula, west Scotland.

Harry Specters

Harry Specters is a social enterprise that provides employment for young autistic adults. We have chosen to support this cause as Harry Specters provides employment near both Wryde Croft and Ramsey wind farms.

Holly's Gin

Holly’s Gin is an award-winning Cornish independent gin maker based in Saltash close to Newton Ferrers and Mendennick solar projects and High Down Wind Farm.

Noo Chocolates

Noo Chocolates is an artisan chocolate company based in Ballina in Co. Mayo. Located close to Bunnyconnellan Wind Farm, the company uses ingredients from the local area.

Gilmartin's Bakery

Opened in May 2019, Gilmartin's is a locally owned cafe and bakery. Run by James and Steph Stewart, the bakery is located in East Ayrshire near to Afton Wind Farm.

Tamnagh Foods

Tamnagh Foods is committed to the environment. The local business, which is based in Co. Londonderry, source locally to keep food miles down, ensure traceability and recycle to minimise waste.

Norfolk Gin

First going on sale in June 2015, Norfolk Gin is distilled near to Jack's Lane Wind Farm as well as various other sites we work on.

Boyne Valley Flavours

Boyne Valley Flavours brings together a group of passionate food producers and hospitality providers to promote the local food offering across the North East of Ireland. Gorman Energy Storage Station is located within the region.

Thunderflower Gin

Launched in 2018 in Devon, near East Youlstone Wind Farm, the award-winning Thunderflower gin is crafted with only 100 bottles at a time in production.

Co Co Company

Co Co Co. is a luxury artisan chocolate producer in Dumfries. Located near to Crossdykes Wind Farm the chocolate is made using local ingredients where possible.

Earhart Gin

Located near two projects we are constructing and a number that we manage in Co. Londonderry, Earhart Gin is produced by the owner of Walled City Brewery. The gin is named after the aviator Amelia Earhart, who landed north of Derry/Londonderry in 1932.
