If consented the project, located adjacent to Spennymoor substation in County Durham, will play a vital role in the UK\u2019s rapid transition to renewables by helping to balance the grid and increase access to low cost, green electricity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif;\">RES is one of the world\u2019s leading energy storage developers, according to global rankings, with 23 energy storage projects delivered worldwide.
