Wild Horse , Washington State
Wild Horse wind power project is located near Ellensburg in Washington State. It was developed by Horizon Wind Energy LLC and is owned by Puget Sound Energy.
RES has been contracted by Horizon to construct the site infrastructure, consisting of roadways, turbine foundations and the electrical collection system. Major construction began in October 2005.
