Rigged Hill Wind Farm, County L'Derry
The wind farm at Rigged
Hill is situated near Limavady, County L'Derry.
RES developed Rigged Hill in partnership with B9 Energy and also managed the construction of the wind farm.
Rigged Hill began generating power in November 1994, making it one
of the first commercial wind farms in Northern Ireland.
The wind farm is contracted to supply power under the 1993 Northern
Ireland Non Fossil Fuel Obligation (NI-NFFO).
