(USA) Inc developed this repowering project with M&N Wind Power and
then sold it on to Florida Power & Light.
RES (USA) Inc was the main contractor during construction which also
included demolition of 354 existing Flowind wind turbines, and substantial
restoration and re-vegetation works.
Substantial completion on schedule was achieved in January 1999.
