The Role:

The marketing manager will be central to the delivery and promotion of the RES Group 'brand' and companies.

Responsibilities:

To provide a wide ranging support to the RES Group and companies, with specific responsibility for:

• Strategy:  Marketing strategy development, management and implementation for RES Group companies and activities.  Liaison with, and support for, marketing staff within RES Group companies.

• Brand Management: management of the RES Group brand and identity, in line with brand guidelines.

• Exhibitions: Identifying opportunities; managing rolling diary of events; booking space; stand design and development; logistics for attendance at each event.

• Advertising: Production of advertising schedule and management of bookings. Development of artwork for variety of audiences (in liaison with graphic designers). Responding to requests and sales calls for additional advertising.

• Development and Production of Marketing/Communications Resources:
  • Printed and digital: The management of design and publication of promotional collateral (brochure, leaflets, factsheets and reports).
  • Exhibitions: The procurement of exhibition stands and materials.
  • Advertising artwork: At all levels of RES business.
  • Photo library: Creation and management of.
    
    
• Events/Media: Organising of events, e.g. official openings. Provide support for media relations/press work and publication launches.
  
  
• Educational: Marketing support for RES’s Educational Facility at Beaufort Court

• Evaluation and monitoring; Evaluation of target audience and response;  evaluation of success of marketing campaigns.  

The Candidate

You will be from a marketing and PR background with an in-depth knowledge and experience at a strategic level. You will be a confident individual who can take the initiative and has good project management skills. You will be well organised, have good attention to detail, be flexible and possess good IT skills (MS Office). A highly motivated, intelligent, strong team player is required. Knowledge of working within the renewables or technology sector is desirable.
