We have a significant programme of learning and development activity which requires active support from this role to devise and deliver. In addition, delivery of a high quality recruitment service for the business when seeking new staff to join the team will be an important aspect of the role. You will also operate as HR business partner to a defined business area delivering the full remit of HR support as required. The post-holder will periodically be required to travel to UK based RES sites to establish and maintain excellent customer relations and deliver training programmes.
Support the delivery of the Group training plan in the UK liaising with providers through the Learning and Development Advisor, Heads of businesses and L&D specialists in other regions.
To design and deliver a blended learning Management Development programme for the UK in coordination with similar programmes in the US and France.
To carry out a post mid-year review Training Needs Analysis and ensure that the appropriate development is delivered within budget.
To be the focal point with all UK stakeholders for all L&D matters.
Manage the recruitment process, supporting and advising line managers to deliver the most efficient and effective way of attracting and retaining talent.
Deliver front line HR support and advice to employees and line managers on specific people centred and contractual issues, being proactive in liaising regularly with line managers to identify problems and potential solution early.
Analyse monthly Management Information (MI) data to identify trends in people related matters such as attendance, turnover, career development, diversity, recruitment/resourcing and work with the business units to improve these areas.
Work in partnership with managers to ensure a consistent application of our HR policies and procedures including absence management, individual performance management, probation etc.
Undertake disciplinary and grievance processes as required, providing support and guidance to line managers undertaking investigations. Utilise Utilise the HR MyResource system to provide accurate data to managers and employees on processes such as recruitment, performance development reviews, absence management.
Work closely with the HR Administrator to co-ordinate recruitment, maternity, change to terms and conditions requests, flexible working requests etc., ensuring that all personal files are maintained in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
Provide assistance/support to other HR team members for projects such as graduate assessments, internships, development centres, induction days.
Any other additional tasks or projects as deemed necessary and appropriate in the scope of this role and required by the Company.
